Event date: Monday October 24, 2016 3:30 PM-5:00 PM

Location: Semaphore Studio307, BL 307

Over the course of the next few months, these hands-on weekly sessions will allow us to collaboratively learn and eventually create our own 3D models. You can then come in to Studio307 to print your 3D model and turn your computer creation into a physical object! For this first session, we will get comfortable with viewing, rotating, and manipulating objects in the 3D design space using basic tools within a freely downloadable program by Autodesk called 123D Design.

What you will need:

  1. Your own laptop (mice will be provided)
  2. Autodesk 123D Design software downloaded from here: http://www.123dapp.com/
  3. An idea of what you would like to create!

All sessions are drop-in, and everyone is welcome. Please email semaphorestudio307@gmail.com for further questions.
