1. IM Conference 2019: Community Knowledge – Calling for proposals and logo design!
The 2019 Information & Museum Studies Conference theme is
‘Community Knowledge in the Information Age: Shared Practices of Sense-making, Communication, and Collaboration’
Calling for proposals from MI, MMst, CRO, Co-op, and PhD students and professional Alumni for workshops, panel presentations, posters, lightning talks, and others!

The IM Conference 2019 is a collaborative effort by various groups within the UofT Information School Community. The event will feature a series of lightening talks hosted by Digital Tattoo, a joint project between UofT & UBC; as well as a panel presentation from professional Alumni founders of Canada Comics Open Library, a non-profit literary-arts community organization. The Conference will be hosted here at the Information School, April 18th-19th, 2019.

2. FIAA – Memorial Book for Greta Golick’s Family
A memorial book for Dr. Greta Golick has been placed in the Inforum, 4th floor of the Bissell building for anyone who wishes to sign and offer their condolences to Greta’s family. The book will stay in the Inforum until December 21st.
