Lily Ren (Upper Year Academic Affairs Officer)
Lily is a first year MI candidate in the Library and Information Science concentration. She serves as the First Year Academic Affairs Officer along with numerous past experiences serving on student associations at the University of Toronto. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Arts in 2016 with a double major in Book and Media Studies and Health Studies, and a minor in Human Geography at UofT. As a member of MISC, she hopes to strengthen the student community and facilitate communication between students, faculty, and staff enduring that each student’s experience at the iSchool is enjoyable and edifying.
In her spare time, Lily enjoys hiking, kayaking, and traveling. She hopes one day she’ll be able to visit Italy and eat her heart’s desire of pizzas, pastas, and gelati. Please feel free to get in touch with Lily on academic matters, student life, or a chat about anything of your interest.
